Scott Allen, a fourth generation San Francisco Peninsula builder, grew up in Hillsborough, CA and started working summertime carpentry jobs when he was 16 years old.  Mastering carpentry skills in the field throughout high school and college, Scott pursued a Construction Management degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

After college, Scott worked as a Senior Project Manager for two reputable leading custom home builders managing several multi-million dollar estate builds each year.  With a desire for a hands-on approach and connection with his projects and clients, Scott obtained his own contractor’s license and started SAC, Inc.

In addition to contract work, Scott enjoys building spec homes with his wife, a local Real Estate Agent.  Weekends are spent with his wife, two kids and dogs (lab and pug).
